Woven ~ 1 day Open Floor Movement Workshop with Deborah Lewin

Exploring the fabric of our multi-dimensional selves.

You are invited to dip your toes into this live exploration of our interwoven nature, and discover a fuller sense of yourself on the dance floor.

We'll work with the heart of Open Floor Movement Practice - our 4x4 weave:
Four Dimensions of Embodiment
Four Relational Hungers

Using Open Floor's 4x4 framework as our guide, we'll explore what makes you tick — how you feel things in your body, what you're hungry for in your relationships, and how all of that shows up in how you move..

You'll leave with
→ A clearer sense of who you are and what you need
→ A better understanding of your patterns — in yourself and with others
→ More tools to work with your own body as a source of insight
→ The pleasure of a full, rich day of movement in good company

Who the workshop is for
This workshop is open to all aged 18+ and to those who have an appreciation or curiosity for the inherent wisdom found in our somatic intelligence.

Experience Level: Beginners and advanced dancers are welcome. At least one class of an Embodied Movement Practice (eg. Open Floor, 5Rhythms®, Movement Medicine, BISO - Body in Soul) is recommended. This workshop counts towards the Open Floor Teacher Training.
